Can I order samples?
Yes — you can order tile samples online to help you choose the right product. Samples are free, however a small fee is charged to cover handling and delivery. You’ll also receive a $25 voucher with your samples, which can be used on tile purchases over $250.
How long until I get my order?
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and product availability. When placing your order online, you’ll be shown available delivery dates via our delivery calendar. Please note that deliveries are not available on weekends or selected public holidays.
Can I pick up my tiles?
Yes — Click & Collect is available from selected stores. You can choose your preferred store at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

How do I return my online order?

What if my tiles arrive damaged?
We take extra care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your tiles arrive damaged, please contact 1800 4 TILES with your order number. Our customer service team will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if my tiles look different to what I expected?
Tiles can vary in colour, pattern, and finish due to natural variation and batch differences. Screen displays may also affect how products appear online. If you’re unsure, we recommend ordering samples or contacting our team — we can arrange a Zoom consultation to review the product with you.
