How do I place a delivery order?
Ensure you’ve added everything you need to your online cart. Once you proceed to checkout, select “Delivery – Your order delivered straight to you.” Enter your delivery address and follow the prompts.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number, product details, and estimated delivery date.
Are there any product or order-size restrictions?
There are no order-size restrictions for delivery, provided our delivery trucks can safely access your address.

You’ll receive a delivery text on the day of your delivery to ensure you’re available to receive it.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your items and postcode. You can also use the “freight calculator” in your cart.

What if my postcode isn’t available for delivery?
If you can’t select delivery at checkout, email webchat@tile.com.au with your name, contact info, delivery address, and order details. We’ll confirm if delivery is possible and provide a quote.
