At Beaumont Tiles, we take our tiles very seriously. We endeavour to source the best quality and design tiles available from around the world. So, we can confidently guarantee the quality of our tiles. All first grade Beaumont Tiles are Guaranteed for 10 years.
Beaumont Tiles will repair or replace any tiles supplied by them which are defective or which wear excessively within 10 years of installation.
Our displays, literature, data and information sheets will identify each of our tiles as suitable for wall or floor applications.
All our floor tiles are tested prior to release into the Australian market. We then identify all tiles with a recognised 'wear rating' and if applicable, a tested 'slip rating.' These ratings are based on Australian Standards and guidelines.
We provide clear advice regarding suitability of any tile for the purpose explained. It must be understood that not all tiles are manufactured, or suitable to be installed in all applications.
Any claims for tiles that have obvious defects or blemishes, or that are not supplied as the selected shade or colour, must be made before the tiles are laid. It must be understood that tiles are a natural product, and that variations in size, shade, colour, and texture are an inherent characteristic of tiles. So, if the purchaser of tiles is not satisfied with either the colour, size, shade, or texture; or if there is concern that the surface may be blemished in some way, it must be reported before the tiles are laid. Once tiles are laid, concerns or claims regarding these issues will not be entertained.
Of course, if any product that we deliver was faulty or defective and that fault was not obvious until after installation, then we will endeavour to take corrective action.
To report a fault and make a claim If the issue is regarding the colour, size, shade, texture, or blemish in some way, the claim should be made immediately (before laying/installation) to the store that the tiles were purchased from. The initial contact must be by telephone in the first instance.
After the tiles have been laid (installed) any claim needs to be reported as soon as possible. A claim form can be requested from any of our tile warehouses. Refer to our Store Locator for full details:
The cost to fill in the form and to post, or otherwise transmit by email or fax wll be borne by the claimant.
Once completed, the claim form must be sent to:
