Please note this product comes boxed with nested lengths also known as shorts. This is a standard occurrence in timber flooring that helps minimise wastage of timber. Short boards are included within the packs of full-length boards and are used during installation to start or finish rows. Not recommended for use in direct sunlight if unavoidable the use of curtains blinds netting or window tinting is recommended. Refer to manufacturer warranty and installation guide for best results.

For all your tile selections, we can pick, pack and deliver to your door for $99.00 per pallet in a Metro area. If needed, we can also offer express 2 day delivery for orders less than a pallet size.
You can order your tiles on-line with us or in any of our 100+ network of showrooms.
Bathroomware, tools & grouts can all be purchased in-store only and our friendly team will work with you on delivery options and time-lines.

Yes — you can order tile samples online to help you choose the right product. Samples are free, however a small fee is charged to cover handling and delivery. You’ll also receive a $25 voucher with your samples, which can be used on tile purchases over $250.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and product availability. When placing your order online, you’ll be shown available delivery dates via our delivery calendar. Please note that deliveries are not available on weekends or selected public holidays.
Yes — Click & Collect is available from selected stores. You can choose your preferred store at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Tiles are heavy, fragile, and require careful handling to ensure they arrive safely. Freight costs reflect specialised transport, packaging, and delivery requirements to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
