Hi, I'd like to let you know of the fantastic customer service received yesterday by Rebecca from your Ringwood store by my partner and myself.

We had spent the morning travelling to around several tile outlets looking for a white gloss floor tile, which we had thought would be quite easy - but turned out to be very difficult. We went to large factory outlets such as Johnsons and National Tiles who had none, and to smaller shops who had poor stock. All we felt had poor service, and we were baffled. We were told you could not get a white gloss tile by Johnsons, and another store told us the clearly marked regular price was the sale price.

When we arrived at your Ringwood store, Rebecca immediately approached us, and when we told her of our requirements, showed us immediately the white polished and glazed porcelain tiles in various sizes, exactly what we wanted! She answered our queries with expertise, checked stock and order times, organised a quote, and we were blown away at such fantastic service. She is an extremely valuable member of your team.

We are very excited to receive our shipment of tiles to complete our home renovation project!

We just wanted to say THANKS for helping us out during the floods. We lost 2 stores, one at Goodna and the other at Bellbowrie. While we had insurance it will not cover the cost of the rebuild, so we are struggling like a lot of small businesses to re establish asap and every dollar counts. It was reassuring to find a company (Beaumont) that did not try to profit from others misfortunes (like some companies are trying to do) and provided tiles at a flood discount, which helped greatly.
We would also like to congratulate you on your staff, namely one Dee Creighton, who was professional and efficient, yet friendly and most helpful.
We found Dee to be very obliging and she went out of her way to ensure we were able to acquired what we need (at the best discounted price), when we needed it and then followed up to ensure we were satisfied.
With staff like Dee your company is assured of success, we only wish we had more staff of Dee's quality.

Recently, as a do-it-yourself tiler, I had occasion to purchase two bags of tile adhesive, and at a later date 10kg of grout. While visiting the store, and over the phone, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the three young ladies: Bianca, Lauren and Kate, who were all most obliging and knowledgeable and able to offer useful advice, exchanging the grout for a different colour, and generally being interested in my requirements as a customer, for what could be considered a minimal purchase.
It is gratifying to find such service these days and I hope that this appreciation can be passed on to the the ladies concerned.

Earlier this year I was renovating my bathroom and laundry. Numerous times I went to Shane Knowles at Renmark Beaumont Tiles. I found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Even though he knew my builder would go directly through the
Adelaide office he still continued to help me at all times.
I found my renovations to be quite stressful and with Shane's help and advice he helped me make some important decisions at a moments notice. I really appreciate everything that Shane did and I feel it's important for you to know what a fantastic service he is providing in the Riverland.

We wish to bring to your attention the good work being done by your staff at Glenelg branch. Over a period of many years they have consistently provided excellent advice and after sales service.
In particular, we had the situation before Christmas where we were having tradesmen lay a tessellated verandah to our home.
Upon running out of a particular tile, the staff took it upon themselves to specially cut a supply to ensure that our tradesmen were able to continue work.
It is this consideration that has us return to your firm to do business and grow a relationship.
