My husband and I have recently had a very, very large order come through Beaumont Tiles in Manly.
When we first came into the showroom we were helped by Jess who was very helpful and made every effort to get items we wanted and she spent many hours colour co-ordinating and advising us on various tiles etc. We were very happy with this service.
About a week before delivery, Jess left and Ramon took over. He came to our home to help with the delivery as it was very large and spent the whole afternoon sorting through the stock which had arrived. He has been amazing throughout our renovation helping with the various "issues" we have had with our order.
Things either didn't arrive, were not properly ordered, came in the wrong colour or shape of basin. The slab we asked Jess for which is a floating slab for our guest bathroom arrived at 20mm instead of at least 40mm. Ramon dealt with us patiently and efficiently. If we ran out of tiles he ordered the extras for us with no problem and made sure things were to be delivered as we needed them. However, sometimes your warehouse had other ideas and we were delayed with exchanges and items not delivered with our original order.
So, here is my quandary. If I had to rate Roman, he would get a 10 out of 9 for his customer service, patience and general interest in making the "customer" happy. I would recommend Beaumont Tiles to anyone but I would recommend Ramon at Beaumont Tiles.
For the delays in everything else, order mix up etc, I would probably rate a 6-7.
Would I recommend Beaumont to my friends, even with the small issues we have had yes I would.
At the end of the day, customer service speaks volumes and I have to say that dealing with Ramon has made our experience very worthwhile.

Earlier this year I was renovating my bathroom and laundry. Numerous times I went to Shane Knowles at Renmark Beaumont Tiles. I found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Even though he knew my builder would go directly through the
Adelaide office he still continued to help me at all times.

From the first enquiry to the many purchases I made I would like to commend her on her attitude, prompt service, prompt customer call back, and her excellent "nothing is too much trouble" attitude...

In particular, we had the situation before Christmas where we were having tradesmen lay a tessellated verandah to our home.
Upon running out of a particular tile, the staff took it upon themselves to specially cut a supply to ensure that our tradesmen were able to continue work.

Recently I had a project to lay tiles on my front porch and having limited experience in doing so I was in need of good advice and assistance. That I received from your staff at Glenelg.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service offered to me. Not only was I given expert advice, courteous service and a good price but also your staff gave me after-sales attention that a novice requires yet rarely receives.
